Sint Lucas Antwerp.
Since 1990, I teach graphic design and typography at the graphic design department of Sint Lucas Antwerp
(Karel de Grote-Hogeschool). Sint Lucas Antwerp is an academic bachelor-master course which helps students in their development into an artist and designer. Sint Lucas Antwerp puts the emphasis on topicality and experiment in arts and design and it offers broad room for artistic research.

Plantin Society, Antwerp.
Since 2010, I am teaching the course 'the design process' at The Plantin Society in Antwerp.
The Plantin Society gives an advanced course for anyone who works in the broad field of graphic communication.
The students are offered a mass of printing and typographic knowledge and skills and explore the historical background to their work, while also looking at recent developments and contemporary techniques. In addition to its educational objectives, the Plantin Society also tries to stimulate interest in typography by means of specific activities.

Integrated2009 - International design conference, Antwerp
Integrated is an international design conference, organized by Sint Lucas Antwerp in collaboration with deSingel, international art campus, Antwerp. The theme of the conference deals with the fascinating area between graphic design, typography, new media, architecture, advertising, art and other disciplines.
Integrated2007 welcomed more than 750 participants such as students, teachers, designers, artists, architects and other cross media addicts. Integrated2009 welcomed even more than 1.000 participants!
So, don't hesitate and mark in your agenda the date for Integrated2011! Antwerp: 12 and 13 October 2011. Integrated is organised by Sint Lucas Antwerpen (Karel de Grote-Hogeschool) and the deSingel Internationale Kunstcampus Antwerpen.
